At The Thai Yoga Massage School & Clinic, we are more than just a training center—we are a bridge between ancient Northern Thai traditions and modern clinical excellence. As we relocate our international headquarters from New Zealand and Australia to the heart of Palma de Mallorca, we are looking for passionate, organized, and "high-vibe" individuals to help us scale our vision to 100 students per year in 2027.

Positions Available 

Administrator Position

  • Role: The "Anchor" of our school. You will manage the student journey from the first inquiry to graduation.

  • Focus: CRM management (Wix), student onboarding, logistics for our international retreats, and TYMI Institute administration.

  • Ideal for: A highly organized Virtual Assistant with a love for systems, checklists, and student success.

  • Commitment: Average 20 hours per week (Remote).

Virtual Retreat Experience Manager & TYMI Admin

This is a dual-focus role designed to bridge the gap between student experience and professional administration. You will be responsible for driving "Digital Hype" and community engagement for our 2026 Mallorca retreats, while simultaneously serving as the administrative backbone for the Thai Yoga Massage Institute (TYMI).

Key Focus Areas:

  • Retreat Experience: Managing the "pre-arrival" digital journey for students, fostering community in private groups, and creating "FOMO-inducing" social media content (Reels/TikTok) to sell remaining spots.

  • TYMI Administration: Acting as the primary point of contact for Institute members, processing new professional memberships, and providing administrative support to the 2027 Conference Committee.

  • Objective: To ensure every student feels supported before they arrive in Mallorca and every professional member receives high-level service from the Institute.

Internship 2

Brief Description: 

A unique "Education-for-Service" exchange designed for aspiring practitioners or students who want to immerse themselves in the professional wellness industry. Interns gain hands-on experience in a "Living Classroom" environment, supporting the school’s daily operations and marketing efforts while receiving professional certification in authentic Thai Yoga Massage.

The Exchange:

  • Professional Certification: Full scholarship for the Practitioner Course (Level 1 & 2).

  • Accommodation: Included shared housing in Palma or the Sierra de Tramuntana retreat house.

  • Mentorship: Regular one-on-one business and technique coaching with the Director.

Focus Areas:

  • Administration & Growth: Assisting with student onboarding, CRM updates, and local community outreach.

  • Content Creation: Capturing the "Zen" of the school through photography and social media video.

  • Event Support: On-site assistance during retreats and workshops to ensure a seamless student experience.

Registrations Start in April 2026

Part-Time Thai Yoga Massage Teacher

Role Objective: To deliver authentic Lanna-style Thai Massage instruction, supporting the Director in training practitioners during certification courses and workshops. You will bridge the gap between theory and clinical practice while upholding the spirit of Metta.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Instruction: Co-teach 120-hour Practitioner Courses, focusing on body mechanics and traditional flow.

  • Mentorship: Provide hands-on adjustments and feedback during "Living Classroom" clinical hours.

  • Workshops: Facilitate short-form workshops (e.g., Thai Massage for Yoga Teachers) to attract new students.

  • Standards: Ensure all teaching aligns with Hang Dong School and TYMI accreditation standards.

Requirements:

  • Mastery: 300+ hours of certified Thai Massage training (Asokananda/Hang Dong lineage preferred).

  • Experience: Previous experience in teaching or assisting in a bodywork environment.

  • Communication: Fluent English; Spanish or German is a significant plus.

  • Presence: Ability to maintain a serene, professional classroom environment.

Commitment: Part-time/Project-based (aligned with course intakes).

Marketing Strategist (Specialist - Part-Time)

  • Role: The architect of the "Digital Growth Engine."

  • Responsibilities: * Managing the ad budget (Meta & Google).

    • Overseeing the Content Calendar and ensuring the "Brand Voice" is consistent across TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

    • Implementing "Comment-to-Lead" and "Lead Reactivation" strategies to maximize ROI on old databases.

  • Objective: To achieve a 100-student annual intake by optimizing the conversion funnel.

Independent Director (Advisory & Governance)

  • Role: Acts as a strategic advisor to Kru Gab, providing external oversight and high-level business guidance.

  • Responsibilities: * Quarterly review of financial performance and growth milestones.

    • Ensuring alignment with international accreditation standards (TYMI, Yoga Alliance).

    • Assisting in high-level partnerships and long-term expansion strategy (e.g., Year 2 "Satellite" schools).

  • Value: Brings "outside-in" perspective to prevent founder burnout and ensure the business remains scalable.
