Cancellation Policy
1. Weather-Dependent Activities Certain activities included in our courses, workshops, retreats, and events are dependent on weather conditions. While we make every effort to adhere to the scheduled itinerary, the program may be adapted or rescheduled when necessary to ensure the safety, well-being, and comfort of all participants. 2. Deposits, Cancellations & Rescheduling * Non-Refundable Deposit:** All deposits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, as they secure your spot and cover upfront administrative and logistical planning costs. *Notice Period:** Any cancellation or request to reschedule your booking to a future date must be submitted in writing at least **30 working days** prior to the event start date. **Late Cancellations:** Cancellations or transfer requests received less than 30 working days before the start date are not eligible for a refund or credit transfer. 3. Course Completion Timeline To maintain the integrity of the training and support optimal skill retention, students must complete all course requirements within an established timeframe: *Minimum & Maximum Completion Window:** All requirements must be completed **no earlier than one (1) month and no later than one (1) year** from your official course start date.
