The Kindom of Lanna is a place in the north of Thailand where ancient healing practices are still alive.

With the guidance of Master and Doctor Anoop we practice the in the following healing arts:

Chead Heak
Similar to Gua Sha, a traditional Chinese medicine technique that involves scraping the skin with a smooth-edged instrument to stimulate blood flow and promote healing.

Tok Sen
The Hammer Massage. Tok Sen is a traditional Thai (Lanna) bodywork technique that involves rhythmic tapping or striking on specific points of the body using a special wooden stick. This method is often associated with Tok Sen therapy, which is a form of Thai massage.

Cupping

Chinese cupping therapy is a traditional healing practice that involves placing cups on the skin and creating suction to stimulate blood flow, relieve muscle tension, and promote overall well-being. It has been used for centuries in traditional Chinese medicine and is now practiced in various forms around the world.

Yam Kh
ang - Fire Therapy (not performed at the clinic). It is an ancient Lanna-style Thai healing practice in which a practitioner uses heat, plai water, sesame oil, and their feet to massage their client. The uniqueness of Yam Khang comes from the use of oil and fire. Practitioners generally have two bowls of liquid to dip their feet in during a Yam Khang treatment.

Herbal Compress
The Thai herbal compress, commonly known as "Luk Pra Kob" or "Herbal Ball Compress," is a traditional therapeutic tool used in Thai massage and alternative medicine. It is a compress filled with a blend of medicinal herbs that are steamed and then applied to the body in a pressing and circular motion. The warmth and herbal properties of the compress are believed to have various health benefits.
