Hatha Flow Yoga with teacher Denise from Australia 🌿 Step into a space to slow down, soften, and reconnect. We are excited to co-host Denise, an Italian surfer based in Australia, whose practice is inspired by the deep connection between ocean, movement, and presence. Through yoga, she shares a fluid and intuitive approach to the body, enriched by her studies in Health Science. This Hatha Flow class is designed as a intentional journey inward. Denise will begin with a guided meditation to ground the body and quiet the mind, before moving through mindful flow that links breath and movement.
